Today we are going to go over the first few verses of the Nativity Song. We learned this song last year, so the kids should hopefully remember some of it.
For our activity today, I will have a Christmas Tree up on the board. I will ask a kid to go out in the hall with an adult leader. Another kid will be given an ornament to hide somewhere in the room. When the kid in the hall comes back into the room, all the kids will sing through the song, singing SOFTER the closer the child gets to the ornament. When the child finds the ornament, they can hang it on the tree. Repeat until we run out of time!! =)
